Located in Jian'ou, Fujian, our China manufacturing base covers 30,000 square meters and is supported by more than 260 experienced employees. With over 10 years of expertise in bamboo and wood products, it serves as HBD's core center for product development, sampling, technical improvement, and specialized manufacturing.
Supported by an established supplier network and experienced engineering and production teams, the facility can efficiently turn customer concepts into production-ready products while managing complex structures, materials, and craftsmanship requirements.
Vietnam Manufacturing Base
Scalable Production & Supply Flexibility
In 2024, HBD took a significant step forward by investing in a new manufacturing base in Vietnam. Supported by a team with over 10 years of experience in wood-product manufacturing, the facility expands our production capacity and strengthens our ability to fulfill growing and large-volume orders.
Together with our established facility in China, HBD now operates dual manufacturing bases in China and Vietnam. Working closely with our China development team, the Vietnam facility provides international customers with flexible capacity, diversified sourcing options, reliable production planning, and greater supply-chain resilience.
